No agency relationship
Viewing a property page or submitting an inquiry does not by itself create a brokerage, fiduciary or client relationship. Any agency relationship must be established through the disclosures and agreements required by New Jersey law.
Authorized use
You may use this service only to make legitimate property inquiries. Do not submit another person’s contact information, attempt to bypass phone verification, scrape lead data, interfere with the service or use it unlawfully.
Advertising responsibility
The publishing agent and brokerage are responsible for confirming that each advertisement is accurate, authorized, broker-approved where required, and compliant with New Jersey Real Estate Commission rules, MLS rules and fair-housing law.
Service availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damages caused by willful misconduct and excludes indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by New Jersey law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
