Who controls your information

The licensed brokerage identified on each property page is responsible for the lead information collected for that listing. Contact the brokerage using the office information shown on the listing to make a privacy request.

Information we collect

• Name, email address and mobile phone number that you submit.
• The property you asked about and the date, time and exact consent disclosure you accepted.
• Phone-verification status and limited security data such as browser information and a hashed network identifier.

How we use it

We use the information to send a one-time verification code, confirm that the number is under your control, route your verified request to the displayed agent and brokerage, prevent fraud and misuse, and maintain compliance records. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Agent text alerts

Launchpad36, through WelcomehomeNJ, sends verified lead notifications only to agents who explicitly enroll in text alerts. Their mobile number, enrollment time and confirmation status are recorded to operate this service. Message frequency varies with verified leads; message and data rates may apply. Agents may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, and can turn off alerts in their workspace. We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers use this information only to deliver these messages.

Who receives it

After successful verification, your information is shared with the agent and brokerage displayed on the property page. Technology providers may process data only to operate verification, email, hosting and security services. They are not authorized to use it for their own marketing.

Retention and security

Lead and consent records may be retained for up to five years, or longer when needed for a legal claim or required by law. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may ask the brokerage to confirm, access, correct or delete your personal data, or to appeal a denied request, subject to legal exceptions. To stop texts, reply STOP. A request to opt out will be honored for communications that require consent.

Children

This service is intended for adults seeking real-estate information and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected by the updated date on this notice. A brokerage should have New Jersey counsel review this notice before using the tool in a live campaign.
