How alerts work
WelcomehomeNJ, a Launchpad36 company, sends a text to an enrolled agent when a property lead completes phone verification. These texts are lead notifications for agents, not messages to prospective buyers. Message frequency varies with verified inquiries; message and data rates may apply.
How agents enroll
An authorized agent signs in to the agent workspace, saves their own mobile number in the agent profile, and checks the separate “I am the owner of this mobile number and agree to receive WelcomehomeNJ verified lead alerts by SMS” box. The agent then selects “Save text alert preference.” When text sending is configured, a welcome text confirms enrollment. Merely publishing a listing or supplying a phone number does not enroll an agent in alerts.
Choices
Agents can turn off text alerts in the agent workspace or reply STOP to an alert. Reply HELP for help. Review the Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.
